Role Overview
The Sales Representative at Skynode Services will play a central role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s portfolio of services. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and acting as a trusted advisor to potential and existing clients.
You will work closely with our technical, marketing, and customer support teams to understand customer needs and translate them into effective solutions. This position is ideal for someone who is resourceful, energetic, and motivated to contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and develop strong pipelines through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
- Present, promote, and sell Skynode Services’ solutions to new and existing customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value of our technical services in clear and compelling ways.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in ERPNext or CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies relevant to Skynode Services.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and customer proposals as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Officer, or similar role (preferably in IT, cloud services, or technology solutions).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as ERPNext is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling IT services, cloud solutions, or digital transformation products.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms and business workflow systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
